Workation & Leisure-Ready Workation Facility
ABedroom
Each bedroom is partitioned as a private space, serving not only as a bedroom but also as a functional workspace for online meetings. With a counter installed, participants can engage in online discussions without worrying about background noise. Moreover, we have newly introduced a water-based "wall" heating system. By circulating warm water through channels in the walls, it provides a gentle radiant heat that warms the room comfortably, akin to underfloor heating.

In Nasu, where temperatures can drop to -10℃ during cold
times, our Nasu workation facility features water-based
underfloor heating in theworkspace
and wall heating integrated within the
bedrooms. It is
remarkably warm – almost to the point of being cozy! Even with
snow accumulating outside, the interior remains consistently
comfortable and pleasantly warm. This is undoubtedly due to
the exceptional insulation and high-performance building
design.
BWorkspace
The workation facility accommodates up to 10 people working simultaneously, offering a unique style of working in a relaxed café-like environment. With sofas and comfortable chairs, you can sit back and work while enjoying the view of nature through the large windows. For those who prefer a more focused workspace, there are two dedicated workspaces available.
CSanitary facilities
There are two separate restrooms, one for males and one for females, to ensure convenience. The washbasin area is equipped with a double-bowl design, providing more practicality. The bathtub is a luxurious Rinnai Spa-jet, featuring a waterfall flow from the shoulders and jets with foamy bubbles, allowing for a more relaxing experience. Additionally, the dressing room includes a washing machine, making extended stays possible.
DTerrace
There is a covered terrace where you can enjoy barbecues even when it's raining. After work, you can unwind here with a barbecue or enjoy drinks. In Nasu, the summers are pleasantly cool, with temperatures around 29℃ compared to the scorching 38℃ in Utsunomiya city. The trees provide shade from the sun, creating a very comfortable environment. If the weather permits, you can even work on the terrace. This is the true essence of workation, where you get to experience both work and vacation, and it's one of the highlights of the Nasu workation experience.
