When purchasing a workation facility, the following maintenance costs will apply. Normally, owning a workation facility yields zero income. However, by utilizing vacation rentals, you can earn an average annual income of 1 million yen. Throughout the year, they maintain the area, including roadside weeding, snow removal, and pruning, to ensure a comfortable environment. Individual management during absences and the overall security and safety of the area enhance its value as an excellent villa destination.

Regarding winter snow removal, Nasu Town handles the snow removal for prefectural roads, while Fujitowa Nasu Resort takes care of snow removal within the Nasu Highland area. Even during heavy snowfall in February 2023, the prefectural roads were cleared by the next day, ensuring smooth transportation without any issues.
